Evaluate business requirements and processes, align them with Salesforce.com. Use Data Loader to handle data operations such as insertion, updating, and bulk import/export of data from Salesforce.com. Implement and test Workflow Rules, Role-based Page Layouts, Record Types, Approvals, and Assignment Rules within Salesforce. Utilize ncino for testing and validation purposes. Execute and maintain automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases. Dissect Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and identify test scenarios and cases. Implement Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle to ensure the quality of software. Manage Defect Life Cycle in QA, including defect identification, reporting, tracking, and resolution. Create and maintain comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases, and analyze Test Results. Conduct Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Acceptance Testing in both Agile and Waterfall. Implement security and sharing rules at the object, field, and record levels for different users. Conduct sessions with end-users, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers, gather requirements and provide testing insights.
